Taking Back My Life. Provides tools for women survivors of sexual abuse/intimate violence to reclaim and reframe their lives.
Celebrating My Body. Helps women and men release beliefs that sabotage loving relationships with their own bodies.
Finding Joy in Mourning. Supports grieving individuals in exploring spiritual questions emerging from any major losses in life.
Dare to Self-Care. Offers spiritual and practical self-care tools and resources for helping professionals.

Center of Spiritual Light partners with religious institutions and community organizations through processes to re-imagine their organizational vision, mission and culture to be vital and relevant today. Re-imagining processes include visioning retreats, leadership training, and individual leadership coaching sessions—tailored to specific organizational needs, anxieties and passions.
Spiritual Coaching
Healing and strengthening the overall quality of life for individuals and couples.
Individual. Helps individuals develop strategies for breaking through self-limiting beliefs and patterns that impede wholeness.
Couples. Helps traditional and non-traditional couples build upon their relationships as resources for emotional healing and spiritual growth.
