Interspiritual Counseling integrates therapeutic approaches with spirituality to support individuals, couples and families to identify and breakthrough the ways of approaching themselves, others, work, God, and life that might be hindering them from having the life they truly want and deserve. Our counselors help clients from various spiritual practices (and none) with a cross-section of issues, including post-traumatic stress (PTSD), domestic violence, LGBTQ self-love, depression, marital hurts, low self-esteem, sexual violence, and purpose confusion.
Integrated with talk therapy, counselors may use various holistic therapeutic techniques, such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Ball Therapy, and other forms of body movement to help clients break free of memories that are stuck in their bodies. All approaches are tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
Spiritual Direction is available for individuals who are seeking to gain clarity about important next steps regarding life purpose and calling, work and career.
Video Conferencing is available for counseling sessions to support individuals and couples in locations throughout the world.
"You are not alone. As you feel like you are all alone, driving uphill, carrying a heavy load on a slippery road at night, remember that angels and ancestors are with you to support and guide you. Don’t be afraid to reach out to them."
